On November 20, the official website of the Ministry of Finance issued the notice of the Ministry of Finance on Issuing the budget of additional subsidy for renewable energy price in 2020 in advance, which issued the subsidy fund of 5.67542 billion yuan to local grid companies. The subsidy fund within the scope of national grid and southern grid will be issued separately!

It should be noted that:

1) this time, RMB 5.67542 billion is only a budget, and the actual funds will be distributed by stages next year.

2) not the whole budget of next year, but the part sent to the local power grid, as shown in the second situation in the figure below.

3) it is issued to the first to seventh batch of projects in the catalogue, photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects and household projects, not to new projects.

4) the annual fund allocation is based on the plan submitted by each province, which is different over the years
